Q. Do I have to sign a long term contract?
A. We have no contracts to sign, however, our no setup fee plans, are based on a 12-month commitment starting at the day of your order.
Q. Is there any cancelation fee?
A. You can cancel the service at any time with no penalty cost.
Q. What happens to my website if I cancel my service after it has been designed and published?
A. If you cancel your service before the completion of the one year commitment and would like to keep your website and host them elsewhere, you will have to pay the remaining of the commitment in order to be the rightful owner of the files. Once we have received payment, all files used to create the site will be sent to you. At this point you will have everything to post your website online.
Q. Can I use a different Hosting Service than the one OrangeSky Websites offers?
A. Yes, we also have the option to only design your website so you can host it somewhere else. Please visit our A La Carte Services page for more information.
Q. Are SEO services, Database creation, programming, animations or eCommerce included on the fee?
A. These prices are based on regular informational sites. If you may need to include advance functionality to your site, we can extend you a custom proposal. Contact us for more information
Q. Do I own my logo?
A. Logo design created for our customers is their property and can use them for any purpose they choose to.
Q. Does OrangeSky provide the copy for my website?
A. We offer optional copy write services at $99.95 per page. The customer is responsible for providing the content of their website and is also responsible for the legitimacy of the content, products, services and statements on their website.
Q. How Can I use my final files?
A. We will supply you with a complete set of files for you to use as you need them. You will receive all the file formats for your project. You are free to supply your files to your printer, web designer, advertising agent, publications, directories, etc. so you can start your branding process right away.
Q. Do you only deal with companies in the USA?
A. We can create designs anywhere in the world. Even when our service is so personalized, today’s technology allows us to work with any company, no matter where you are.
Q. How long will it take to receive my design samples?
A. Within 3 business days after we receive your payment.
Q. Do I really get to speak to the website designers?
A. The most important part of the design process is the right communication between customer and graphic designer. That is why you have 100% open communication with our artists.

Q. What happens if I am not satisfied with the initial logo or website design samples?
A. Since we have a 100% satisfaction warranty, we will work with you to discuss your design and provide you with new options.
Q. How can I view my design samples?
A. We will send you a URL by e-mail where you will review the progress of your project.
Q. Would it be possible to enhance or modify my current website?
A. Yes. We also do redesign for existing websites. Just let us know and we will consult you on what is the best way to revamp your image and we walk you through the process.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can start your process by choosing a plan and simply place your order. One of our associates will contact you within 24 hours to get more information about your project and get started. Q. What happens once I place my design order?
A. You will receive your first designs within 3 days after placing your order. It is very important that you provide us with the most accurate information about your company so we can create the something that will meet your expectations.
Q. I have an idea that I would like to protect, will OrangeSky Websites sign a non-disclosure agreements?
A. Yes, OrangeSky Websites recognizes the importance of confidentiality and the value of a great idea. We have no problem signing non-disclosure agreements to ensure your confidence on us.
Q. Who keeps the rights of the designs?
A. Everything OrangeSky Websites creates for you belongs to you once it has been paid in full and the commitment has been fulfilled. When the design process has been finalized and paid for, the rights for the designs are yours to utilize anyway you want. We do not hold any interest or residuals for the utilization of the logo or websites we create for you.
Q. How does the maintenance service works?
A. If you need monthly maintenance to your website we have a plan where you will receive 4 hours of graphic design services per month. These 4 hours are not cumulative, you have to use them or you loose them. If your project exceeds the 4 hours included on your membership, each additional hour will be charged at $34.95. Q. How can I utilize my 4 hours of maintenance every month?
A. You can use your graphic design hours for any graphic design needs you might have, like adding new pages to your site, creating a blog, uploading videos, power point presentation design, flyers, business cards, brochures, advertising, banners, stationery, etc.
Q. How can I cancel my service?
A. All changes or cancellations have to be requested with with at least 24 hours before the day of the withdraw by email. There are no refunds if you cancelled your subscription on the day of withdraw and withdraw has already been processed by our merchant account.
